Introduction

The ICT designed ticketing system aims to automate the process of Track, Control, Report the IT Issues. When a issue is found in any end user system, he will log into the software and generate a ticket. The ticket will have a unique number. The Transpole system administrator gets an alert in his login and is able to view the ticket immediately in his login. He will then assign the task of fixing this error to his subordinates. They will fix the error and update the same from their login. The end user gets an alert in his login and he can view the status of his ticket.
